Store Policies
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments.I take great care in handling and packaging my items to ensure there safe arrival. I use a ups certified packaging agent. I have learned the carrier will stand behind their service. I have no desire to make any money on shipping. If you request I will e-mail/ mail you my exact shipping receipt.I just want for you to recieve your item in perfect condition. The shipping prices posted with each item are for indavidual items being shipped one at a time. Certainly larger orders will have better shipping prices.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, please e-mail me at tripandkc@earthlink.net. All cases are handled indavidually. Positive feedback is important and I will give any complaint my full attention.
Return Merchandise Policy.
You have 30 days from date of purchase to contact us concerning your return. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AT TRIPANDKC@EARTHLINK.NET. Please hold all packaging materials to use for returning merchandise. Positive feedback is important and I place great concern on any complaint. Each case will be handled indavidually.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
